New value-added service for B2B customers

Modern IT asset management solution

Thanks to the IDR cooperation, Verkkokauppa.com was able to expand its service portfolio by offering its B2B customers a modern IT asset management solution.

With IDR’s software, Verkkokauppa.com’s B2B customer can manage their IT devices all the way from ordering to recycling. Orders made through the IDR procurement software are automatically transferred to Verkkokauppa.com, and all putchased devices are registered to the customer’s IDR account before being shipped. In other words, the asset is already tagged with a NFC smart tag and created in the IDR account when customer receives it.

Device recycling is also integrated into Verkkokauppa.com’s recycling service, allowing Verkkokauppa.com’s customers to recycle old IT devices with just a few clicks directly within the IDR asset.

Verkkokauppa.com has over 55 000 registered B2B customers that are served through its online store, physical stores, and pickup point network.

Known as Finland’s most popular and visited domestic online retailer, the company has over 80 000 products in its product catalogue.

Verkkokauppa.com operates four mega-stores in Oulu, Pirkkala, Raisio, and Helsinki’s Jätkäsaari. The company provides employment for around 700 people.
