What assets can I add to IDR?
You can add any physical or intangible assets to IDR. Typical physical assets include for example computers, laptops, phones, monitors, AV equipment, servers, headphones, docks etc. Intangible assets are typically licences, subscriptions etc.
Can I add leased assets to IDR?

Yes, IDR supports both owned and leased assets. Through integrations, the information of leased devices remains automatically up-to-date.

Does IDR support automations?

Yes, with IDR you can build various automations to streamline different asset management processes. You can read more about automations here.

How long does it take to get started?
Getting started with IDR is quick and easy. Each of our customers gets their own designated IDR support agent, who is will ensure successful onboarding. Typical onboarding takes less than a week from start to finish.
How secure is IDR?

We understand that data security is one of the key factors when choosing an asset management solution. Therefore, IDR is ISO 27001 certified. You can read more about our security here.

How many users can I add?

You can add an unlimited number of users to IDR. Our software supports multiple SSO configurations at once so there is no technical limitations either.

Do you offer support?

Yes, IDR offers free support for all users of the platform. Our support can be contacted by email or phone. 

What integrations does IDR offer?

IDR offers integrations with various systems. IF we do not have it, we will build it for free. Typical existing UEM integrations include Microsoft Intune, jamf, Google Workspace and VMware Workspace ONE. Leasing information is integrated with your leasing provider such as 3StepIT, CHG and DLL. Typical ITSM integrations are built with platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira and Freshservice.

How does IDR compare to other ITAM solutions or spreadsheets?

IDR connects procurement and recycling with comprehensive asset management. You can control both owned and leased devices with one easy-to-use solution. 

What kind of reports does IDR offer?

IDR provides you with a wide range of actionable insights derived from real-time data. From asset utilization trends to maintenance histories, our reports offer a clear overview of your assets’ lifecycle. Each user can also customize all reports in our software and save these different dashboards for easy use.

Can I only use IDR for asset tracking/inventory?

Yes, besides that IDR offers comprehensive IT asset management beyond just tracking and inventory.

How do the stickers work?
IDR offers free smart stickers for all customers. Smart stickers are based on the near field communication (NFC) technology. You can simply touch the smart sticker with a smartphone or tablet and see the device information on your screen. We inventory the device automatically from each NFC scan and you can for example send an electronic maintenance request easily from the NFC smart sticker. IDR smart stickers do not require maintenance and withstand even rough handling.
Can I build any event-based automations?
Yes, you can easily create any event-based automations in IDR.
Do you offer a mobile version?

Yes, IDR works with all mobile phones and tablets of various sizes and shapes. 

Do I have to download an app?

No, IDR works through a web-based platform, without the need to download and install any applications.

Is it possible to import data from spreadsheets/Excel?
Yes, you can import data from spreadsheets into IDR. If you have another ITAM solution in use, the data can be imported from there too.
Where is customer data hosted?

Customer data is stored and processed on Amazon’s servers in the EU.

Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We are fully committed to GDPR. Your data is processed on AWS servers in the EU.
Can I terminate my contract at any point?
Yes, you can terminate your contract with IDR at any time with a one month termination period.

Procurement module

Does IDR support multiple resellers?

Yes we do. You have full control over the products and their resellers. In the best case, we will integrate your resellers into our platform which means that you can forward new orders made by employees to your resellers with a press of a button.

Can I control the product catalog on my own?

Yes, you can freely choose what products are shown to users. Device specific services are mapped to products directly. You can also limit some products to be shown only for specific user groups.

How easy is it for employees to order new devices?

Employees can easily order new devices through an intuitive webstore. With IDR, you can also offer a budget for every employee that they can freely spend on new devices. If the employee wants to select a device that is over their budget, they can pay for the excess out of pocket.

Is there an approval mechanism?
IDR procurement solution offers built-in approval mechanism to ensure that no order is sent forward without permission.
Can I show different products to different user groups?

Yes, you can customize product visibility for different user groups.

Can employees pay for above-budget phones?

Yes, employees can pay for devices that exceed the budget easily with their preferred payment method, for example their own credit card.

Is the procurement module mandatory?

No, IDR asset management can be used with or without procurement module.

Recycling

Can I get data wipe certifications into IDR?

IDR’s recycling partners are all certified IT asset recycling companies that download their serial number specific data wipe certifications to IDR after the assets have been processed. This allows your organization to have complete audit trail of each device from creation to disposal. 

How does IDR guarantee the best price for old devices?
You can ask offers from multiple different recycling partners and choose the best offer easily with one click.
Do I need to manually delete assets after recycling?
No, IDR will automatically remove assets after the recycling process has been completed by the chosen recycling partner.
How do I get the refund from old IT assets?

Our recycling partner will refund the funds directly to your organization’s bank account after the recycling has been completed.

Do your partners support secure data pickup and transfer?

Yes, the recycling partners provide secure data pickup and transfer services.

Leasing

What leasing processes does IDR automate?

IDR automates various leasing processes. Typical processes are end of lease period notifications, EOL decision-making and returning assets to the leasing company.

What leasing companies does IDR support?
IDR supports integration with any leasing company. If your leasing company is not listed, you can contact our support.
How does IDR compare to solutions offered by financing companies?
With IDR you are not dependent on any specific leasing company. Instead, IDR allows you to gain full control and freely choose what financing company you prefer at any given time.
