What devices does the sustainability reporting support?
The sustainability report supports all devices. It provides a clear breakdown of the environmental impact of newly acquired devices over a selected period, categorized into manufacturing, transportation, usage, and disposal phases.
How much does sustainability reporting cost?
Sustainability reporting is included in the IDR Asset service at no additional cost.
Can the sustainability report be downloaded from IDR?
Yes, the sustainability report can be downloaded from IDR at any time with a single click in either .xlsx or .csv format. The report can be easily filtered based on date, manufacturer, seller, etc., and displayed data can also be customized per user preferences.
What is the basis of the calculations?
The sustainability report is automatically generated for all devices based on product category information. By default, we use category-specific averages for newly added devices, which are defined in collaboration with an IDR expert according to the company’s device selection. In the best-case scenario, we can refine device-specific CO₂ values based on model or serial number information through API integrations.
