The integration syncs assets daily using the serial number, and the fields brought in can be tailored per customer, such as primary user details, email address, or cost center information.

By linking UEM with IDR, you gain reliable lifecycle visibility for every asset. Devices that are wiped in Intune no longer disappear without trace. Instead, they remain visible in IDR until they are officially retired or disposed of.
